Can I return skincare products?
Due to the nature of professional skincare products, all sales are final. If you experience a reaction or issue with a product, please contact us so we can help adjust your routine.
Do you offer product recommendations virtually?
Yes! Virtual consultations are available for clients needing skincare guidance, routine recommendations, or acne support remotely. Inquire for a virtual consult on my contact page.
How do I know which products are right for me?
We recommend booking a consultation before purchasing professional skincare products so we can customize a regimen specifically for your skin goals and concerns.
What is the downtime after SkinPen?
You can expect redness and sensitivity similar to a sunburn for 24–72 hours. Mild dryness or flaking may occur during the healing process. Products will be recommended to ease the downtime.
How long does it take to clear acne?
Every skin journey is different, but many clients begin seeing improvement within 6–8 weeks with consistent treatment and homecare. Full clearing can take several months depending on the severity, type of acne, and commitment to homecare + treatments.
